Customer Support Officer

  • Graduate degree in Electronics Engineering or Business disciplines.
  • Knowledge of Aviation markets and sales experience of 1-2 years.
  • Good MS office Skills.
  • Strong customer retention skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The customer support officer will manage the daily activities of existing customers via phone, fax, and email. Leading to complete satisfaction of the customer. Complies with all SOPs of the company. He will also assist CEO in identifying new customers from the region and help build long lasting relations.

KPIs

  • Promotes and sells the products offered by the firm.
  • Meets company sales objectives as outlined by GETS management.
  • Continuously grows in sales and customer base for territory assigned.
  • Shows good mannerism & high degree of professionalism.
